Shipping

Packages are shipped within 24 hours after receipt of payment with the carrier chosen when placing your order. Orders placed before noon are shipped the same day.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the destination and total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items into one order. We cannot group two orders placed separately, and shipping costs apply to each of them.

The boxes are appropriately sized and your items are properly protected.

Shipments to the European Union

Shipments to France and other European Union countries are made on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. VAT is already included in the price of your order. You will not have to pay any customs duties or additional taxes upon delivery.

Shipments to the United States

For deliveries to the United States we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Customs duties and import taxes are calculated automatically at checkout once you have entered your address. We pay these to the carrier. You pay everything at the time of ordering, and no additional fees will be charged upon delivery.

Shipments to other countries outside the European Union

For other international destinations (outside the United States, Canada, and the European Union), we ship using DAP (Delivered At Place). This means that any customs duties, local taxes, or customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are to be paid directly to the carrier upon delivery.
