A rack extension AND a child seat mount for your bike

The Steco Tas-Mee Jumbo is a rack extension that allows you to install both a child seat and panniers on the rear of your bike on an approved rack.

Unlike the Tas Mee Easy Fit extension, it doesn't just extend the rack to create a support for rear-mounted bike panniers: it also incorporates the child seat mounting area. Once installed, the child seat attaches to it, leaving room behind for panniers.

Perfect for carrying school bags and sports bags in Bakkies panniers.

The loading area of your rack is widened and extended, panniers can be attached further back, and it is also easier to secure items to the rack with tensioners, especially if your bike's rack is particularly short or narrow.

Easy installation

Quick to install. The Tas-Mee screws directly onto the plate of your rear rack. No special tools are required: just a flat wrench and Allen key. The rear light can be moved to the end of the extension using the integrated plate, to ensure it remains clearly visible.
